What Should Be Optimum Break Between Workout and Meals ?:
Many of you are Confused that what is the Right time Gap between Workout and Meals. And as a Sportsman How much do I give the time gap between workout and meals I shared with you guys in this video. So My Answer is if you consume a heavy meal means a proper meal just like we eat in our Breakfast, Lunch and or in Dinner then you should give 3-4 Hours or 2-3 Hours Gap between your workout and meals. But there are some lightweight foods that your stomach digest easily and give power to your body for a good workout. You have to consume these foods 40 minutes before workout which are given below:
1: 1 Apple 2
: 2 Bananas
3: 1 small bowl of Yogurt
4: 2-3 Dates
5: 5-10 Almonds
6: 1 Boiled Egg (Know more in Video)
There are some side effects of not giving proper time gap between Workout and Meals which are given below:
1: Indigestion
2: Vomiting
3: Headache
4: Discomfort
5: Difficulty in movement
6: Stomach Cramp
7: Restlessness
Why time gap is necessary between workouts and meals? Blood Circulation moves towards the stomach to digest the food. But if you go to workout after meal body gets confused about blood supply between muscles and stomach which result in side effects. (Know more in Video)
