Consecutive 50 Reps Full Squat(Hindu Squat) Challenge

Full Squat is one of the variation of Hindu Squat/Desi Squat and this squat variation may be known as Sampurn Baithak. Need Stronger,Powerful and Iron Legs than do 2 sets of this challenge daily.
