Consecutive 10 Minute Forearm Knee Plank challenge

Do consecutive 10 minute Forearm Knee Plank Challenge. Forearm Knee Plank is one of variation of plank. Plank is tough exercise but it has many benefits if you do daily remember this thing. If you complete this challenge then you easily do 3-5 minutes standard plank or even more, it depends upon your fitness and body endurance. If you cant able to do consecutive 10 minute forearm knee plank then follow these tips which are given below:
▶ Keep Breathing during plank
▶ Play your favorite music Stuff
▶ Talk with someone during plank
▶ Remembering your good moments/memories
▶ If you cant able to do 10 minute forearm knee plank challenge then do first 3 minute forearm knee plank and take rest of 30-40 seconds and again do 3 minute forearm knee plank and take rest of 30-50 seconds and do last 4 minute plank. Try these repetition for 6 days and the next day do consecutive 10 minutes plank and remember my words on your 7 day “you can”.
