50 Reps Modified Burpee Challenge

Modified Burpee is a variation of burpee exercise. I divide 50 reps of modified burpee into 5 sets and 1 set is of 10 reps and 20 second rest and this sequence will be continued in the same way. Doing Modified Burpee daily has many benefits which are given below:
